I cant believe that it is already Thanksgiving with Christmas just quickly following.  This holiday season will be crazy busy not only for me but you as well.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get your holiday appointments scheduled now.  I will be out of town Christmas eve to Jan 1 so please check all scheduled before  so I can make sure i get you in.

The tape extensions are the cost of hair and then $45 an hour. They can last up to about 8 weeks before needing a touch up. they are nice for adding thickness, length, and color. They are super easy to maintain on your own as well!

Its finally 2012

Happy New Year! Its finally 2012, a new year with new opportunites. I am looking at 2012 and trying to see into the future and what it holds for me and my business. As you know I sent out fliers about my contest for FREE haircolor and cut for a year! I know 6 is a lot of people, but I thought I would put it out there and see how it turned out... which you still have time, until the end of February to get those referrals in!

So in 2012 my professional goal is to build and strengthen my clientelle. I already have such a great clientelle and so I am coming to you ladies and the few gents! You are the best way to get my name out there with actual physical proof of a job well done. For that YOU guys are the ones I want to reward! You all know that I have done the $20 off referal for quite some time and it has been awesome! I appreciate those of you too that have particiapted in the program. But for the new year I thought we might start something new, and if you guys have any suggestions LET ME KNOW! You are the ones that know what you want so lets figure it out together! Whether you want a free cut or deep conditioner, let me know and we will set the terms.

I have noticed a little slow down on my books, I know people are struggling with money, time, and life (this I know very well ;) ) but so I am creating a contest in hopes that this will help both you and me! The contest starts now...I am going to do 3 prizes.

The 1st place winner will receive FREE haircolor for a year, if you can send me 6 new clients by Feb28th....I am exteding the deadline

The new client that is refered to me will still receive the $20 off referal deal. But think guys FREE color and haircuts for a year! It is back to school time! I can't believe the summer is over already, how fast it flew. I just want to update everyone on a few happenings in my life that will be affecting my schedule in the next few weeks.

I am headed to jamaica! I will be gone from the salon Aug 25th to Aug 31st. I may be working a monday before or after to make up for days lost so if you need to get in before I leave let me know and we will see what we can work out. If you have any questions about appointments while I am gone please call the salon and they will help take care of you. You can also leave a message on my phone and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

My neices that live with me will be on their way to texas. I am not sure on the dates, but I am going to be flying out there with them to help my sister and brother get settled. I will be moving around appointments here and there depending on when they leave and I will make sure that I get everyone taken care of.

I just want to thank all my awesome clients. You are all super understanding and always willing to help. I love and appreciate each of you. I hope to see you soon and can't wait to see you in the fall.

Salon Pure is now looking for a full time receptionist. The position would be for 40 hours a week. You need to be good at multi tasking for sure. The job includes answering phones, ringing up and scheduling clients, doing laundry and handling the front of the salon. The receptionist job is incredibily important. It has been awhile and I must apologize for slacking.

Some updates.....
*I will only be doing nails on weds now. I will be doing nails on the 3rd thurs of every month, so make sure you get your appointments scheduled so I can get you on my books.

*I will be out of town June 27-June 30, so if you are needing an appointment around that time please let me know asap so I can make sure that I get you on my book before I leave!

Tis the season for... the flu

I know it is a scary time of year with all the bugs that are flying around so I am trying to take all the precautions necessary to keep me, my family and you all healthy. Oh the construction!!!

Just a heads up to all my clients the construction on antelope is well ridiculous! If you have an appointment between 2:45 and 4:00 plan on an extra 20 mins or more in travel because the elementary gets out at that time and there is a crossing guard and just plan on 15 mins extra for all other times of day.
